On [REDACTED] EE reported that he was having pain in his chest when inhaling that started [REDACTED] prior to reporting. Safety asked EE what caused the pain in which EE replied that he was unsure of what caused the pain and where it happened at. Safety asked EE if the pain was external or internal in which EE replied all internal which prompted Safety to direct EE to go see his primary doctor to see what is causing the issue. EE returned on [REDACTED] claiming this as a work-related injury.
