At approx. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (Ryder Employee) was auditing a picked pallet of Outbound items in the [REDACTED] staging area; she saw a case sticking out of the pallet around knee height. [REDACTED] went to fix the case by pushing it in with she left knee causing her to feel something snap and immediate pain. At approx. [REDACTED] she told the Outbound Supervisor of her pain. A First Aid Responder was called and she was placed in a wheelchair to take the pressure off her knee. The Outbound Supervisor and First Aid Responder took her to the front office conference room. Medcor was called at [REDACTED]. Medcor recommend going to Concentra Medical Center.
