What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was returning from the inbound department and walking toward the front of the facility near the break room and office area. At that time the Fleet Department Supervisor called out to him. As [REDACTED] turned around to respond his knee gave out causing him to lose balance and fall landing on his left wrist.
