On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Team Member [REDACTED] slipped on an icy patch in the picnic table area near the employee entrance. [REDACTED] fell and sustained an injury to the left knee. First Aid was administered immediately. When swelling did not subside and the area remained painful Medcor was contacted for further guidance. The RN recommended that the employee be evaluated by a medical provider within two hours. The icy patch was promptly secured salted and treated to prevent any additional incidents.
