What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was bagging wiring harnesses into a 9.5 wide X 12 long kitting bag. She began to feel slight discomfort in her left wrist which she attributed to the time spent performing this task. She stated that she had to adjust the cable to slide the harness into the bag. She and another Team Member produced 200 bags. On [REDACTED] she performed the same job task. The morning of [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] she notified her supervisor of the discomfort. She did not want to seek medical attention at that time. On [REDACTED] she still had the discomfort and was asked what she would like to do. At this time she did request to call Medcor. Medcor was called immediately. Medcor recommended her to go to Concentra clinic.
