At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] reported experiencing discomfort in his Right Foot heel area. He explained it occurred while attempting to reposition by hand a large 1200 lb. cable reel to make it easier to pick up with his Reach Truck. He did not have both feet firmly planted on the ground. His right foot was positioned on his toes which placed additional strain on his body during the maneuver. As he exerted force to shift the reel [REDACTED] felt a muscle pull in his right heel area resulting in immediate discomfort. First Aid was administered promptly including initial treatment to alleviate discomfort. He confirmed that he felt capable of continuing work following First aid. [REDACTED] he continued feeling pain. [REDACTED] was called. [REDACTED] recommended medical care.
