What happened
[REDACTED] was unfolding a Wet Chop tote when he went to lift up one of the panels the panel suctioned back pulling his arm. The [REDACTED] immediately felt pain in his right shoulder and reported to me what had just happened. The tote that he was unfolding had water in the bottom of it. When water is in the totes it can cause a suction with the panels when they are unfolded. Sent employee to the ER. When he returned he said that he had torn his rotator cuff.
