When he completed his annual audiometric test on [REDACTED] with the - Hearing mobile medical unit noted his result was a Standard Threshold Shift (STS) in his right ear. The requirement is to retest within 30-days to verify the STS. EE completed his retest at the Concentra - South Academy clinic on [REDACTED] along with a comprehensive medical examination by MD a thorough evaluation of his personal and work history exposure to noise and an extensive review of all of the employee’s audiometric tests on record. After this extensive evaluation a review was conducted with the - Hearing Audiologist on [REDACTED]. The outcome verified the employee experienced a work-related STS in his right ear.
