Running a stock schedule of 42 x 87 Had to flip Lites at the washer to build correctly

The employee and a coworker were two person lift and loading a 42 x 87 47 glass lite onto an air table As they flipped the lite and placed it down the injured employee caught the tip of his middle finger on his left hand under the lite. At this point the employee notified his supervisor and was assessed by first responder at the first a room the conclusion on the first aid examination was just a pinch the treatment was to use icepack for 15 minutes the help relive swelling and discomfort At this point the employee elected to complete his shift [REDACTED] the employee elected to going the ER for discomfort and pain relive. The ER did an Xray and found a very minor fracture Upon the employee informed us we continued treatment through our work comp provider.
