The maintenance employee was operating a Powered Industrial Vehicle TUG and following another operator from the inspection department When the inspection operator in front slowed down the maintenance employee swerved to avoid a collision lost balance and fell off the TUG The injured employee was operating the TUG with only their right hand significantly contributing to their lack of full control and inability to maneuver properly
