What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Bulk Pick reported 7 pain in their Left elbow. The associate was driving into [REDACTED] when they came across a pallet that was hanging over associate got off OP and moved the pallet so that it would clear up the path when their elbow popped twice and started to spasm. After reporting their injury the associate was not able to return to work and did seek medical attention. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed OP training on [REDACTED] and is currently up-to-date on OP operation training. The investigation found the pallet was crushed due to overhang and 1127715 scanned the pallet to the PND. The associate was not working in a process path that requires job rotation and the investigation determined the job rotation was being followed.
