On 11 23 25 at approximately 1:45 pm a WAYFAIR ASSOCIATE working in putaways and reported an injury due to loading cart with sofas. The associate states that while working at an (unknown location) PND’s they were loading up their cart asking for a team lift with the lead. During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred 11 23 25 while loading a cart of sofas from a pallet the associate asked the lead for a team lift and upon team lifting a sofa back seized up and was not able to continue until a few moments later. It was not reported to the supervisor nor to the manager. First aid was not offered as the supervisor and the manager were not aware of the injury. The associate continued into path and went home when the . Associate woke up in the next morning on 11 24 25 back was locked and not able to move freely made an appointment with their doctor.
