What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Bulk picking reported a level 10 pain that was later brought down to a level 5 pain in their left ankle due to a slip while retrieving a package underneath their order picker.. The associate was working in picking aisle p-13 -p 14 and stated that they had hurt their ankle when they slipped stepping down off of the picking platform to retrieve a box that had fallen off the associates cart and landed underneath the platform. After reporting their injury the associate was not able to return to their process path. associate denied self care measures and requested to be seen by a dr. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed PIV training on [REDACTED] and IS currently up-to-date on Order Picker and BULK in path training. The associate WAS NOT working in a process path that requires job rotation. The Associate has been working in bulk picking from [REDACTED] to [REDACTE
