What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a full time associate working in receiving reported 8-9 pain on their head. The associate was working at [REDACTED] and stated two boxes fell like dominos and collapsed on a metal stick which caused it to hit me in the left side of the head which caused it to bleed and make me sit while my head was spinning. After reporting their injury the associate WAS NOT able to return to their process path. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed receiving training on [REDACTED] and IS currently up-to-date on receiving training. The associate WAS NOT working in a process path that requires job rotation and the investigation determined the job rotation WAS being followed. The investigation identified the associate WAS wearing their PPE at the time of the incident and WAS found to be following Wayfair safety policy procedure ([REDACTED] etc.).
