putting away boxes into the racking

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] a Seasonal associate working in [REDACTED] path reported pain level 10 pain in their lower back due to putting away freight into location. The associate was working at S-Racks and stated when doing the putaway function they felt a sharp pain in their lower back that gave them tingle feelings all the way down to their toes.. After reporting their injury the associate was not able to return to their process path. Associate requested to see a doctor about their injury. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed [REDACTED] path SOP training on [REDACTED] and is currently up-to-date on putaway process path training. During the reenactment of the injury the associate followed the proper lifting techniques. The associate was not working in a process path that requires job rotation and the investigation determined the job rotation was being followed.
