On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in MM reported 3 pain level in their groin. The associate reported that they were hit with a box in the groin on [REDACTED]. Associate stated that when loading into [REDACTED] with two boxes associate dropped the top box onto ground and then it bounced off the ramp and the corner of the box hit the left groin area. The associate did not report the incident at the initial moment. ;;;During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] they had completed training in Crossdock (MM) on [REDACTED] and is currently up-to-date on MM training. The associate was not working in a process path that requires job rotation. The investigation identified the associate was wearing their PPE at the time of the incident and was found not to be following Wayfair safety policy procedure.
