What happened
Associate was organizing the boom staging area above boom pressing an Upper boom was stored on a lower boom stand when attempting to roll the boom a few feet away the cart tipped causing the boom to fall to the floor with the associates hand inside the boom tip when the boom made contact with the floor the inner sleeve pushed through the boom tip

Associate received multiple lacerations on the right hand of the index middle and ring fingers. The tip of his right index finger was amputated including the entire nail bed. His middle finger was broken and lacerated. Ring finger was lacerated. Both the middle and ring fingers are expected to make a full recovery.
