Setting pressure on the upper control valve and then the lower control valve when the accident occurred.
What happened
[REDACTED] was taking the pressure guage off of the lower control test port when the test port fitting malfuntioned. This caused hydraulic oil to spray onto his chest and face. The oil got under his safety glasses and got into both of his eyes.
