What happened
The associate was beginning to unload a pallet crate. They bent over and reached down to retrieve the first box out of the crate began to lift the box and felt pain in their lower back. They were unable to stand straight back up so they sat backward onto a box that was behind them and rested for 2 minutes before standing and walking unassisted back to their desk. The weight of the box they were lifting is unverified but the associate estimated that it was 40-50 lbs.
