While elevated on an order picker and retrieving a case from racking the employee went to place the case onto their pallet in doing so employee realized they had not placed a pallet on order picker lost their balance and fell from order picker. Employees ' fall was arrested by harness and lanyard preventing serious injury employee felt pain to their lower back.
