What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Shipping reported 7-8 pain in their left shoulder arm due to hearing a pop crack noise during a team lift. The associate was working at DOOR151 and stated that while working non-con with another associate they performed a team lift on a 130lbs box from the silver cart to the conveyor during the team lift the associate felt a pop crack like noise with intense pain coming from their left elbow. At first the associate thought it was regular soreness but during lunch the pain radiated to the shoulder and hand . After reporting their injury the associate was not able to return to their process path. The associate used the nurse hotline and was directed to Concentra Urgent Care in [REDACTED]. During the investigation the site found that the associate was hired on [REDACTED] completed loading unloading training on [REDACTED] and is currently up-to-date on loading unloading training.
