On [REDACTED] at approximately ([REDACTED]) a Seasonal associate working in [REDACTED] reported a Injury due to being struck by a box on their right ankle;The associate states that while working putting away an item that he took out of door 506 at [REDACTED] and bringing it to load onto [REDACTED] and while they were (The associate states “I was unloading the box on my dolly outside truck 103 when it started to tip to the right. I tried to stop the box and in doing so my foot got caught underneath the box so it fell full force on my ankle “ they reported the incident to another associate at [REDACTED] with a pain scale of 6-7 out of 10 ;During the investigation the site found that the incident injury occurred. I found that the associate received the unpalletized pool table PO CS596975345 from door 506 to move on his dolly. The associate then moved the pool to door 103 where the table fell off his dolly causing the injury. The associate did not ask for assistance to pick it up they
