What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in downstacking an inbound at [REDACTED] in cross dock reported a Injury due to Associate was downstacking and placing a 72 inch vanity( CS570864039) onto a dolly then the vanity shifted due to one side being heavier than the other. When the Vanity shifted it struck the associate on the shoulder and hip. The associate went to the restroom to check to see if they had any injuries and discovered they had a scratch. A witness notified a supervisor. Associate reported a pain level of 8. Refused first aid but did utilize the Corvel line.
