What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] as a Wayfair associate was unloading an inbound at dock door 205 they were waiting to get a box put on their dolly when a flat couch that was forward facing fell over and struck the associate on the left side of the neck and shoulder and knocked their dolly over. They immediately notified the supervisor of the incident and accepted first aid (ice pack). The associate reported a pain level of 7 out of 10 at the time of the incident.
