What happened

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a team lead was down-stacking stacks of Dorel Home on the forklift when one of the pallets got stuck to another pallet. One of the seasonal warehouse associates noticed that the team lead was struggling and they went over to guide them and show them where the issue was occurring. The team lead stepped off the forklift to talk to the associate and see the issue. Once the team lead and the seasonal warehouse associate communicated the team lead hopped back on the forklift to raise the stacks of Dorel to down stack them but the seasonal associate did not move. Once the team lead raised the forks on their forklift the stack lost balance and fell forward towards the seasonal associate but the seasonal associate jumped out of the way to avoid impact. No one got injured and both team members were able to return to work however since they were both working voluntary overtime they left at midnight.;;Seasonal associate later stated they had pain in their back and
