Equipment Operator [REDACTED] stated on [REDACTED] while she was at home getting ready for work she felt pain in her back. She came to work and was able to complete her shift and did not notify anyone that she was having back issues. On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] while she was building a pallet she felt more pain in her back and notified her supervisor. The Outfitter stated that her injury did not originate from work related activities and she had been dealing with back issues for approximately 1 year. The Outfitter stated while she was picking up boxes the pain increased in her back. CorVel was contacted and recommended she seek treatment.
