On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Outfitter [REDACTED] was involved in an incident that occurred at the shipping mezzanine. The incident took place while the Outfitter was carrying ammo down a flight of stairs connected to the mezzanine. The Outfitter felt a sharp pain in his lower back. According to initial reports the incident involved carrying four boxes of ammo at a time which is estimated to be 60 pounds. Outfitter stated that he made several trips down the stairs carrying ammo. Outfitter stated he did not report the injury on the day that it happened because the pain was not severe and it was the last day of his shift. On [REDACTED] which was his next shift the Outfitter reported his injury. As a result of the incident the outfitter sustained a sprain strain to the lower back.
