On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Outfitter [REDACTED] was involved in an incident that occurred on the shipping dock. The incident took place while the outfitter was loading and unloading merchandise on the shipping dock. According to initial reports the incident involved the Outfitter stacking ammo on a pallet during an overtime shift. As a result of the incident the outfitter sustained pain in his left shoulder. Outfitter stated the pain went away and he kept working and finished his shift. Outfitter stated [REDACTED] he began to have extreme pain in his left shoulder and sent his supervisor and [REDACTED] an email about his injuries. Outfitter stated he went to the emergency room for treatment. [REDACTED] was contacted and recommended treatment.
