On [REDACTED] Outfitter [REDACTED] stated while she was plugging in a fan on the sort consolidation floor she tripped on a pallet and fell on her left knee. [REDACTED] stated she did not report the incident because she did not feel any pain until she left work and made it home. [REDACTED] stated she advised her supervisor of the incident on the following workday which was [REDACTED]. Supervisor [REDACTED] completed the incident report and [REDACTED] was contacted. [REDACTED] recommended the outfitter seek medical attention. The outfitter did not return to work after the doctor 's visit as instructed. The Outfitter brought her doctors notes on [REDACTED]. Per the doctors ' notes she was cleared to return to work with no restrictions on the day of the visit. (see attatchments)
