What happened
Outfitter stated while she was throwing boxes on the conveyor line INT2 AND INT3 she asked an equipment operator to move a pallet closer to the line so she could access the pallet easier. The pallet was stacked approximately 6ft tall. When the equipment operator came back to move the pallet with a double jack pallet lift the Outfitter was standing in between the pallets and her right leg was caught between the two pallets. First aid was provided to the Outfitter and [REDACTED] was contacted. [REDACTED] recommended she seek treatment. The Outfitter finished her shift. The equipment was operated by Tierra Givens. Both Outfitters provided statements.
