On [REDACTED] (DOH [REDACTED]) EE was in the picking function at DB0251 EE was picking a 4pack gallons of paint In the process EE felt pain in the left upper arm EE did not immediately report the event but decided to contact the UM as the discomfort increased The UM contacted Axiom First aid measures were given in the form of OTC topical pain relief and Aleve EE continued the rest of the shift On [REDACTED] the EE returned to the clinic for a followup During this visit prescription medication was given along with restrictions The EE has not returned to work at this time
