On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the [REDACTED] DSC experienced an injury A warehouse technician (DOH: [REDACTED] [REDACTED]) was engaged in conversation with UM about an issue with VH suspended pallets EE assumed that they were further away from the racking and while they were talking EE inched closer to the racking When they pulled off EE did not look forward therefore wedging themselves between the racking and the EPJ The EE suffered a sprain strain the ankle and a laceration to the buttocks Sutures were required
