On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an injury occurred in the EM aisle of the warehouse A warehouse technician (DOH:[REDACTED]) was in the process of picking a 5gallon pail While walking back to the [REDACTED] the EE dropped the pail on top of their right foot An Axiom case was immediately initiated and first aid measures implemented On [REDACTED] the EE requested to be seen by the local occupational health clinic where they were subsequently diagnosed with a contusion (all xrays were negative) and given restrictions that the site was unable to accommodate
