What happened
Employee was setting up the aluminum weld tables to weld an aluminum frame. The frame parts 2 ends and 2 sides were already sitting on the weld tables when employee came in the booth. The weld tables were sitting too close to each other and had to be spread apart for the frames to fit. As employee moved the front table forward the rear end of one of the noses fell off the table causing the front end to rise up catching employees left inside hand.
