[REDACTED] was seen at [REDACTED] 's emergency care where he was looked at and given results that he had a strained his right wrist and bone bruising on the right thumb. Restrictions are 5 lbs. lift limit and no gripping. 2 weeks. Employee did not want to do the light restriction work prescribed to him from [REDACTED]. Since his injury he has spent the majority of his time wandering around with no real purpose in his agenda. He was given a book to read and then asked to report on the contents of the book. This is normal light duty assignments given to employee 's when restrictions limit them where we do not have physical work they can perform.
