On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] A Wayfair associate with a hire date of [REDACTED] working in the bulk picking function reported a incident due to being struck by boxes that was on the associates cart behind the associate while operating an order picker near [REDACTED] driving down the main [REDACTED] operating lane. The associate verbally states that while driving and stopping to turn down another aisle the boxes fell forward striking the associate in the back and head knocking the associate into the [REDACTED] knocking out one tooth and another being completely knocked loose.
