Loading a trailer

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Seasonal associate with a hire date of [REDACTED] working in Shipping reported an Injury due to a case making contact with their waist area. ;The associate states that while working in the trailer that was in dock door 219 and while they were loading a truck they say a box fell and made contact with their lower back waist area and as the employee turned it then contacted their upper leg with a pain scale of 8 out of 10.;During the investigation the site found that the injury while the associate was loading a truck in dock door 219. A box that was loaded by another associate in the trailer broke lose and fell towards the associate which made contact with the associates lower back hip area. The associate was not being labor shared. The associate was not working overtime at the time of the incident.
