What happened

On day of [REDACTED] while at an account EE injured their elbow when attempting to lift a case. The back room was oriented with stacks of product ranging from short stacks of product to higher stacks. While at this account EE was tasked with grabbing a 30 pack of natural light beer. The product was staged so it was behind a different stack of 30 packs of bud light. The bud light cases in front of the natural light was about 6 cases high while the natural light was much shorter approximately 4 cases high. EE reached their right arm up and over the bud light in the front of the row in order to grab their case of natural light. EE grabbed the case by the handle and when lifting the case upward the handle broke causing EE 's arm to fling upward. In this motion EE immediately felt pain in their arm. They continued their day and assumed the pain would go away. After [REDACTED] they reported the injury on [REDACTED] and were able to work with Briotix. On [REDACTED] EE requested medical treatm
