What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a WAYFAIR ASSOCIATE working in Bulk Picking reported an injury due to a carton falling on their arm. The associate states that while working at H-41-56-07-03 and while they were picking they were picking a box and didn 't realize that another box was on top of the carton they were picking. As they were pulling the item they were actively picking the carton on top fell and hit them in their right wrist; with a pain scale of 10 out of 10. During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred while the associate was picking in the location. Associate stated that they did not see the carton that was on top but the cartons were a size for the location it was stored in. Upon notification of the injury the associate ACCEPTED first aid.
