What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] middle mile associate reported to the building to submit a late report. On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in unload sustained an injury to the head (undefined area) due to being knocked down inside of a trailer. The associate states that they were working at dock door 266 unloading large packages. They went into the trailer with their RC go off to moved boxes around to get them onto the forks. When they moved one large package another behind that fell onto the associate knocking them to the ground. The associate does not recall what they hit their head on at the time of the injury.
