What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in VAS Banding sustained an injury to the list the left hand due to pinching between the floor and a fork from an RC. The associate states that they were working at the vanity pallet area in front of [REDACTED]. The associate was hired on [REDACTED] and states that they were retrieving pallets for a vanity unload when they needed to readjust the forks on the RC. When readjusting the forks one of the forks fell off of the RC and pinched the associates fingers. The associate reported the injury on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. The associate reports that their initial pain level at the time of the injury (TOI) was a 10 10.
