What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a seasonal associate working in Receiving unloading sustained an injury to the left arm and shoulder due to team lifting boxes. The associate states that they were working unloading a trailer when the injury occurred. The associate was hired on [REDACTED] and states that they had been unloading a trailer when their left arm and shoulder started hurting. Within an hour or so the associate stated the pain got increasingly worse. The associate said they felt a pop in the arm that made it go numb and basically lose function. The associate did not report the injury immediately and waited till the next day to call out citing the injury. The associate reported to work on [REDACTED] after the absence in which there was an email sent out on the incident that occurred.
