What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in returns reported an Injury when unloading truck. The associate states that while unloading in returns the pallet jack got caught up on the dock plate and while pulling they struck their ankle. The associate received first aid care immediately after the incident. and denied further medical treatment at that time. During the investigation the site found that the incident injury occurred while the associate was working at the returns area.
