What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Pick Path sustained an injury to the right foot big toe due to a box falling onto it. The associate states that they were working on aisle T10 when the injury occurred. The associate was hired on [REDACTED] and states that they were picking up a box that weighs 60lbs from the side and the box slipped and landed on their right foot big toe. The associate reported the injury on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. The associate reports that their initial pain level at the time of the injury (TOI) was a #10. Upon notification of the injury the associate accepted first aid. During the investigation the site was found that the associate was picking freight on T10 when the freight fell onto their big toe.
