What happened
On [REDACTED] an employee was docking a trailer in [REDACTED] and realized the trailer needed to go to [REDACTED]. The employee was speaking to the driver through the dock door space while the dock door was open. As the employee went to close the dock door (using the rope) the driver asked a question so the employee stepped onto the dock door landing. As they stepped further the dock door struck them on the back of the head neck.
