What happened

On [REDACTED] a member of Leadership was made aware of an injury that occurred during the shift prior ([REDACTED]) when a TS employee submitted a doctor note. The employee stated that during the shift the previous [REDACTED] they were labor shared to Replen and they began to feel pain in the left shoulder. The employee worked their entire shift on [REDACTED] but sought outside medical treatment on their own at the ER the next [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). During the investigation the employee stated that they were working in the Cart Builder function when they felt pain in the left shoulder at approximately [REDACTED]. The employee reported handling heavier cases than normal and that the workload was steady on the date of injury. The employee was lifting a case when they felt a pop in the left shoulder.
