What happened

On [REDACTED] an Adecco employee reported a laceration to their left finger. The employee stated they were operating the PANDA when their left finger was pulled into the conveyor resulting in a laceration with moderate bleeding. The employee stated a medium size package got caught between the two sections on conveyor (before the incline just past the scale). When asked why they did not stop the line prior to receiving the item they stated that 's what they always do when something gets stuck in the belt. The employee immediately sought outside medical attention. Due to the nature of the injury video surveillance was immediately pulled by security. The video shows the employee standing near the conveyor towards the incline that leads up to the diverting platform. Footage shows the employee towards the incline with their left hand near the conveyor facing the workstations. While standing they turned their head their finger was pulled into conveyor.
