What happened
On [REDACTED] an employee was maneuvering their cart into a workstation when their hand got caught between the cart handle and workstation. The employee stated they were pulling a cart into the next workstation when they "lost control of the cart". During the investigation video footage reviewed shows the employee maneuvering 2 carts (pushing one and pulling the other) prior to the injury. As the employee was placing the second cart at the workstation they were walking backwards (guiding the cart) and looked away (to the left) when right hand got caught between the cart and workstation.
