What happened
On [REDACTED] EE said they felt back pain after a day of running their route. While delivering to account 28139 they had to lift 4 kegs onto a 1’ (one foot) ledge and in doing this process they injured their back. EE stated at this account they use the pallet jack to maneuver the kegs close to the cooler but must lift the kegs to get them on top of the ledge. EE was adamant that lifting the pallet jack to the highest level is not high enough and kegs must still be lifted to get into the cooler. They stated post route they felt fine and went home and took a nap. After their nap at [REDACTED] they woke up with lower back pain and attributed the pain to lifting the kegs on their route. They went back to sleep and at roughly [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] they felt much more discomfort and alerted the facility of this injury. Initially EE opted for Briotix twice the first visit of which Briotix deemed non occupational. After the weekend on [REDACTED] EE returned to work in a much worse state t
