What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately 02[REDACTED] EE was cleaning the pick path and they stepped on a nail. At the end of the night shift pickers adjust pyramid pallets to even layers on the pallets. Pallets are orientated down the aisle side by side and EE stepped with their left foot in between two pallets to get more leverage on a case in this action they stepped on a broken piece of a pallet with an exposed nail. When EE stepped on the nail it punctured the employee 's left foot. Due to EE unsure of their last tetanus shot EE requested medical for a tetanus shot and received restrictions and medication.
